A grader, also commonly referred to as a road grader or a motor grader, is a construction machine with a long blade used to create a flat surface during the grading process.  As with any heavy equipment, graders pose some serious dangers to operators and people working near them.  Graders are especially dangerous because of their blade but all moving machines put workers at risk of being struck by hazard or caught between the blades.
