COVID-19 Annoucement

Around the world we are experiencing a situation that is unprecedented.  As the situation with the Coronavirus continues to change on a daily basis, we are continuing to monitor the developments and taking necessary steps in line with the World Health Organisation and government guidance.

Since the start of March, we have had a COVID-19 incident management team in place with senior representation from across the business. The team is meeting twice per week or as and when new information dictates in order to oversee our approach to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers and to ensure the ongoing continuity of services we provide to our customers.

We are regularly updating staff on the situation and on the necessary precautions to take. With regards to businesses, our customers, clients and suppliers, everything is being done within the power of Vision Techniques to support them at this time. Plans are being made to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, and our partners will continue to receive the full support of the Vision Techniques team.

We want to reassure everyone in these uncertain times we are always here to help in any way we can to ensure you can work and your business is running smoothly.  Here are a few actions we are taking to ensure everyone’s safety and a few things to ensure we can support you and your business.

Our teams are working hard through these challenges. We have equipped our people to work from home if necessary so that we can keep our business running, maintaining our service to you. Our team are available on the phone and via Live Chat when you need them.

Our installation teams are equipped with all appropriate PPE and sanitising equipment to ensure safe working and procedures have been implanted to reduce any risk.

Our warehousing staff are working around the clock to ensure continuity of supply of our products to support our customers.

We would like to add that our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are with you at this challenging time.
