Jonathan Peach

Jonathan joined us in 2006 as our financial controller.  12 years later he is an integral member of the Senior Management Team and responsible for all the financial functions of the business.  He keeps his eye on the company’s purse strings!

Jonathan is very focused and dedicated to Vision Techniques financial health.  He has a calming influence on the team, after a conversation with him you come away with a sense of zen.

When he is not being our financial guru, Jonathan lets his creative juices run free fascinated by all things supernatural, science fiction and horror you can find him tirelessly tapping away at his keyboard creating stories that will send shivers up your spine…..He-e-e-e-re’s Johnnie!”

Marshall Fleming

Account Manager – Scotland 

Marshall has had a long and successful career in this industry. As a young man, he started his career as a mechanic working on all types of specialist vehicles and equipment.

Over the last 30 years, he has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry Dennis Eagle and Faun Zoeller to name just two.  Not only that, he has worked across the globe with a number of years in South Africa.

A dedicated member of the Vision Techniques sales team looking after our Scottish division. He knows his way around an RCV vehicle and his extensive knowledge of the waste industry is providing vital to our Scottish customers.

When he’s not travelling around Scotland looking after his customers.  He is a season ticket holder for his beloved team Falkirk Football Club.  To relax Marshall loves to travel. Taking in the culture of Europe and across the pond to the US visiting New York , Vegas, and Florida. Sounds lovely!  Room in your suitcase Marshall?

Dave Tucker

Account Manager

Dave joined Vision Techniques back in 2006 bringing with him an abundance of knowledge in radar technology. As a young man Dave started his career in the merchant navy where he travelled the world working on their radar and radio systems, eventually settling in South Africa employed by their defence force on early warning radar.

After many years abroad Dave returns to the UK as a radar installation engineer installing equipment to commercial fleets before joining us here at VT. Dave’s extensive knowledge of radars has been invaluable in the development of our own detection systems and Dave is the first person our customers call if they have any radar related questions.

When he’s not being our resident radar guru Dave loves the outdoors, taking in the scenery of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside with his loyal four legged friend, he’s also partial to a fast and furious game of squash when time allows. He’s already very well-travelled and his idea of heaven in a cruise to some of the most exotic locations around the world.

Mikaeel Koornhof

Internal Sales Supervisor & Software Support

Affectionately known as “Corndawg” Mik has been with VT for over 2 years.

With a sales and software background Mikaeel heads up the internal sales team and is the Vision Techniques software guru.  If you have called the office you will instantly recognise Miks dulcet south african tones always on hand to help you with any questions you may have.

We asked Mik what is the best thing about working a VT?  With no hesitation he replied ” We are generally a happy bunch like on big family, we go through thick and thin together.  Like any family we get frustrated, but we always pull together and support eachother to get the job done”

When Mik isnt at work he is enjoying the great outdoors.  He is also a lover of music and you may find him with a beer in hand soaking up the tunes in a cool bar somewhere.

Paul Shaw

After Sales Service

Paul has been with Vision Techniques for 5 years and his management experience spans over several sectors, including running his own pub.

He started his career at Vision Techniques as service co-ordinator and was promoted to Service Manager 2 years ago.

Paul is a commited member of the team, you will often see him coming in the office early and working late most days, the thing he loves about working at Vision Techniques is that no two days are the same.

He is an avid sports fan and when he’s not at Ewood watching his beloved football team Blackburn Rovers he’s a devoted family man spending  his spare time with his young grandchild.

To relax Paul loves kicking back, chilling out, enjoying an ice cool pint of Coors lager or two or three….
