Where Am I?
During the last year our Service Department has been going through a transition period with new systems implemented to offer a more efficient and speedy response. Our in-house customer support team, headed by Operations Manager Richard Hall, support 8 dedicated, fully-qualified field engineers who cover the length and breadth of the UK.
The latest technology is being utilised to plan our engineers work in order to achieve maximum efficiency. This allows us to divert any engineer to an emergency situation accordingly.
Richard Hall comments: "We are here to help our customers because we appreciate down-time in the current climate is very costly;
we aim to deal with our customers in an efficient and professional manner. A technical helpline for advice on any of our products is available - we find that not every job requires an engineer, and therefore, we look to assist our customers to maximise efficiencies in this regard. In addition to our technical support helpline and in order to fully complement our range of what we class as 'high end' safety products, we are enhancing the levels of support available to our wide customer base by introducing new products in the form of extended warranties, fleet checks, preventative maintenance packages and long term service contracts. given our flexibility, we are able to tailor a bespoke support package to accommodate most budgets."
