What is VT Alarmalight?
Clearly warn pedestrians you are reversing without creating excessive noise with the cost effective VT Alarmalight.
Although it is vital to fit reversing alarms to large vehicles to prevent accidents, excessive noise after dark can cause complaints from local residents.
Residents in the immediate vicinity are often disturbed by noise pollution from heavy-duty vehicles reversing.
VT Alarmalight combines an audible alarm with flashing LED lights, acting as a visual warning and audible alert when a vehicle is reversing.
But when the side lights are on the unit can either half the audible output or mute it altogether while the LED warning lights are intensified, continuing to provide an effective warning while allowing local residents to rest peacefully.
VT Alarmalights can include bleeps, speech or both, depending on the application, and is highly durable and waterproof.
Two or more reversing alarms can be fitted to act in unison if necessary.
VT Alarmalight will automatically be engaged when you put your vehicle into reverse, sounding a warning alarm and activating a series of flashing LED lights.
With a clear audible and visible warning you can be sure others will be aware of your vehicle reversing, preventing accidents in an efficient and cost effective way.
The selections of modes includes normal mute (Night Silent) and override, half volume, self adjusting and mute by Reversing Twice – all available as standard.
VT Alarmalight ‘Indicator Alarm’ is slightly different in that the LED lights are not synchronised with the message - instead flashing in a manner designed to attract maximum attention.
All models of VT Alarmalight are water resistant and come complete with anti-vibration gasket as well as being environmentally friendly.
The reversing alarms are dual voltage, CE and EMC approved and tested at MIRA for all on and off highway applications.
