Cutting-edge vehicle camera technology
Vision Techniques is pioneering a number of innovative monitors and vehicle cameras, designed to prevent accidents.
Representing a major leap forward in health and safety, the innovative new products include the revolutionary shutter camera and the jet wash camera.
The cameras eliminate dangerous situations where operatives climb up onto the vehicle and fall off.
During severe weather, reversing cameras fitted on vehicles can become dirty, obscuring the view and not providing a clear picture – leading to potential accidents.
These groundbreaking new designs prevent the need for operatives to climb up onto vehicle to clear the lens.
Designed for vehicles where the camera lens gets covered in dirt, obscuring a clear view, the cameras’ lenses can be wiped or protected simply by pushing a button.
With the shutter camera, the lens is wiped with a built in wiper blade on the protective shutter removing dirt and foreign matter from the toughened, scratch resistant glass, protecting the camera lens.
Similarly, the high-quality jet wash vehicle camera provides a constant clear picture while eliminating the health and safety risks of operatives climbing onto the vehicle.
Another addition to the Vision Techniques camera range is the infrared colour camera – with night vision.
The new cameras are ideal for vehicles that operate in harsh or wet weather conditions.

Vision Techniques has also launched a range of stand-alone monitors.
Monitors include a compact, 5-inch heavy-duty digital colour vehicle monitor and a ‘Quad’ or ‘Dual’ Monitor, which provides the ultimate performance in longevity of operation with compatibility for up to four cameras.
The Quad or Dual Monitor is ideal products are ideal for vehicles subject to high shock loading, while the 5-inch heavy-duty digital colour monitor is perfect for vehicles with less cab space.
