Activated from the moment you plug the system into a standard cigarette lighter socket*, X-Driven mobile DVR is fully active. The wide angle, 1.3 pixel variable resolution CMOS digital camera downloads adaptable resolution imagery of the road and conditions ahead.
The inbuilt interface facility to Google Maps and GPS systems inform the camera of its exact location and heading. Likewise, whist the general recordings are over-written up to every 33 hours dependant on settings, X-Driven DVR also allows the user to set their own personal storage parameters.
The system instantly downloads its integral computer program to the SD Memory card supplied; the user can then set local time, audio on or off, recording speeds from 1 – 8 frames per second along with the all important G–shock sensors.
Calibrated between 0.1 – 1.5G, any form of movement that exceeds the operator’s chosen settings will be permanently stored on X-Driven DVR’s single or multi–event function.
The incident recording duration is able to put in safekeeping up to 30 seconds prior and 30 seconds post event. Equally, by triggering the easily accessible emergency switch the user can override the pre–sets.
