Driver ID

Driver ID is a Vehicle Management System which utilises RFID Technology.  With the Driver-ID system, the vehicle is fitted with an immobiliser unit, which will only allow the vehicle to operate when a valid tag is present within its field.  Authorised operators are assigned programmed tags, and this will allow the vehicle to be operated normally.  Should an unauthorised driver attempt to operate a vehicle, even if they are in possession of the ignition key, the vehicle will remain inoperable.

Driver-ID will also allow vehicles to be managed to specific working hours, help to prevent theft, save fuel, analyse and monitor vehicle use.
